Mommy, Joi and the Boy: And on the bright side...

...while my feet hurt now, they hurt less today than they have in four months. For this, I am eternally grateful to the universe.

We are...

...two moms (Mommy a.k.a. The Wife and Joi a.k.a. yours truly) who have a son (the Boy a.k.a. Mozart). Together for the better part of a decade and married for *gasp* seven years. It's legal here in the Happy Valley, where we live, and while our life isn't perfect, we couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Before the Boy, we were foster parents to a parade of kids and keep in contact with a couple of them. Money is tight, but love and watching the Boy and our other (former foster) kids grow up keeps us going. Mostly you'll hear about our day to day happenings, perhaps with a theme of kitchen projects and childhood antics - oh, and apparently, bats. Enjoy, visit often, and comment if you wish!
